11:30am cut-off
Order before 11:30am Monday to Friday and it leaves the same day.

One-hour delivery window and live tracking on every UK parcel.
Free over £75
Free UK delivery once your basket passes £75 including VAT.
European shipping
We ship across Europe with rates calculated at checkout.

Returns
30 days to change your mind
- 1. Tell us. Email info@elitaltd.co.uk with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
- 2. Send it back. Products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Return postage is yours unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
- 3. Get refunded. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of the return arriving.
Bespoke colour-matched resin is mixed specifically to your sample and cannot be returned unless it is faulty. Faulty goods are always replaced or refunded in full, including postage.
Damaged or missing parcels
Check your parcel on arrival. If anything is damaged in transit, photograph the packaging and the product and send it to us within 48 hours so we can claim against the courier and get a replacement out to you quickly.
