By placing an order with ELITA Ltd you agree to these terms. Please read them before you order. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation email. If a product is out of stock or a price is listed in error we will contact you and offer an alternative or a full refund.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Free UK delivery applies to orders over £75.

Orders placed before 11:30am Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. Delivery estimates are given in good faith and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Consumers may cancel within 14 days of delivery and return unopened goods for a refund. Full details are on our Shipping and Returns page. Opened chemical products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons unless faulty.

Resins, pigments and mortar dyes are professional materials. Always test on a sample, follow the technical data sheet, and use the recommended protective equipment. We provide guidance in good faith, but site conditions vary and the suitability of a product for a specific job remains your responsibility.

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price paid for the goods. We are not liable for labour costs, consequential loss or loss of profit.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
